Independent School of Thought values real-world experiences that promote self-sufficiency and self-sustainability.  We have a garden.  We encourage entrepreneurship by being a vendor at the the Hernando Farmer's Market and, this year, the Cooper-Young Fest.  The school sells produce, plants, and various home-made, all-Natural products such as weed killer, insect repellent, body scrubs, toilet refreshers, as well as crafts, such as, jewelry, floral crowns, art, and other various items that students and their families produce.
